Section B: Special needs accommodation:

• 1 classroom safe base 70 m2,

• 1 classroom early intervention class 70 m2,

• student and staff toilets: 40 m2,

• 2 small safe place rooms 24 m2,

• multi-sensory room 20 m2,

• office, store and storage 46 m2.

Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 345.6 m2.

Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation and internal walls) of 570 m2.

Also:

• secure hard and soft play area 200 m2,

• sensory garden 100 m2,

• 6 parking spaces.
