NBank is expected to need up to 10 temporary workers (m/f/d) per calendar year to fill vacancies for processing in the promotional business as well as for support in other areas with a view to the next maximum of 24 months, who, if suitable, could be taken on as employees at NBank after nine full months of employment. The takeover after nine full months of employment is free of charge for NBank. The tasks and requirements are defined by requirement profiles that result from the position to be filled.
As a rule, the activity is full-time, 39 hours/week.
Suitable personnel service companies are to be commissioned to fill the corresponding candidates named in the requirement profiles. Three framework agreements are to be concluded with the following priorities:
- Bankspezifische Profile
- Commercial profile
- IT Profile
The invitation to tender is therefore divided into these three lots.
The framework agreement is initially concluded for 24 months and is extended twice for a further 12 months, unless it is terminated by the client 90 days before the end of the respective contract period.
The individual contractors are not entitled to acceptance of the service in the form of temporary workers.
At the request of the client, the contractors select German-speaking candidates in accordance with the requirement profiles drawn up by the NBank and propose them to the NBank by submitting meaningful short profiles within the framework of offers for individual retrieval.
In this context, the flat-rate factor on the hourly wage of the temporary worker, which was offered in the award procedure, must also be offered for the candidate profile.
Suitable candidates will be selected by the NBank and invited for an interview. The NBank alone decides whether a candidate is invited for an interview and whether a candidate is appointed to the intended position.
