Three-year framework agreement with a single economic operator, pursuant to art. 54 paragraph 3, for the assignment of the interventions described in art. 2 of the Special Tender Specifications, for the execution of which the following categories of SOA work are required:

main work category OG3 € 9.800.000,00 + VAT - Clas VI-bis, subcontractable within the limits of art 105 DLgs 50/16,

additional categories that can be subcontracted 100%: "OG6" - € 6,800,000.00 + VAT;" OS24" - € 2.050.000,00 + IVA;OG10"- € 1.950.000,00 + IVA ;" OS1" - € + 4.400.000,00 + VAT;

N.B.: In relation to the missing requirements relating to the separable categories, they must be possessed with reference to the prevailing category. It should be specified that the works falling within the mandatory qualification categories, if they cannot be performed by the competitor, both individual and associated company, as they do not possess the relative qualifications, must necessarily be subcontracted to a company with suitable qualification

Basic amount of the tender: € 24,000,000.00 VAT with an incidence of labor costs equal to 13.195%. Security charges not subject to tender reduction: € 1,000,000.00 + VAT; Total amount of the contract: € 25,000,000.00 + VAT. All the services covered by the contract in question are described in the Specifications. Subcontracting: The tenderer indicates at the time of the tender the parts of the work which he intends to subcontract or grant piecework. The performance of the contractual service may not be entrusted entirely to third parties. In accordance with the provisions of art. 105 of the Code in the absence of such indications, subcontracting is prohibited. Payments will be made directly to the subcontractor if the cases referred to in paragraph 13 of the same art. 105. Deposits and guarantees required: Provisional in the amount of € 500,000.00 equal to 2% of the amount of the contract, to be lent in the manner referred to in art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; The aforementioned guarantee must be valid for at least 180 days from the date of submission of the offer. The successful bidder must lend the final one as per art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and the insurance policy referred to in art. 36 of the CSA. Legal form to be taken by the Temporary Grouping of Competitors: The participation of economic operators in single or associated form is allowed, according to the provisions of art. 45 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, provided that it meets the requirements prescribed by this announcement and by the tender regulations. Method of determining the consideration: body and measure. In relation to the institution of the availment, reference is made to the provisions of art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
