The object of the contract is the provision of services that rely on the reception
and management of municipal waste collected on residential and uninhabited properties located in the Barlinek Commune in the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024 along with the organization and operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK)
The scope of the subject of the contract includes over the entire duration of the contract:
1) collection from inhabited and uninhabited real estate and management of mixed municipal waste (residues from segregation), collected in containers intended for this purpose,
2) collection from inhabited and uninhabited real estate and management of a fraction of municipal waste collected in a selective manner, in separate containers or bags:
(a) paper and paperboard, magazines, newspapers, etc., including packaging,
b) glass and packaging waste made of colorless and colored glass,
(c) plastics, including multi-material and tetrapak packaging and metal, including packaging waste;
(d) biodegradable waste, bio-waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste,
(e) ash from domestic hearths;
3) collection and management of other waste generated on inhabited real estate:
(a) furniture and other bulky waste,
(b) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
twice a year, according to the schedule agreed between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor;
4) organization and operation of a selective collection point for municipal waste from residents of the Municipality of Barlinek in the city of Barlinek.
5) management of renovation, construction and demolition waste arising on inhabited real estate.
6) management of municipal waste collected from inhabited and uninhabited properties, by handing over:
(a) mixed municipal waste, green waste and residues from the sorting of municipal waste intended for landfilling installations for municipal waste treatment facilities
(b) separately collected municipal waste for waste recovery and disposal facilities,
- in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Act
of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).
7) transport of the received waste to the waste recovery and disposal installation and to the municipal waste treatment facility.
8) equipping inhabited and uninhabited properties with bags for selective collection of waste and containers for collecting mixed waste, which must meet the requirements specified in the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Barlinek.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the frequency of export and the type of waste collected and collected in connection with changes in local law resulting from the introduction of new regulations of general law, i.e. the Waste Act, the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and other changes in local law regarding waste management.
