Creation of a 300-space car park.

This new car park should allow the parking of both personnel vehicles and those of visitors with the implementation of access control. This car park consists of a R + 2. Level +2 will be aerial. Access to the different levels will be via the presence of ramps located at each end of the building. Two vertical pedestrian accesses will be created, one of which will have an elevator in addition to the staircase. On the ground floor, a bicycle and motorcycle parking area will be created. Vehicle charging stations will be pre-equipped. In order to better control vehicle access to the underground car park from the fire brigade lane alongside the future car park, a fence with a gate is planned. This portal will be controlled by an access control.
