Multimedia equipment such as digital cameras, video cameras, sound recording equipment, projectors, loudspeakers and clients.
The tenderer must be able to provide service and maintenance of the equipment procured under this agreement.
Follow up of guarantees (Guarantee liability) and service on units.
A non-exclusive option for the maintenance of existing printers in accordance with Annex A1.
It is expected that the tenderer has an established network system in relation to orders, as well an order and service management system.
