the purpose of the contract is the supply of fuel at the pump with credit cards for payment and washing services for the needs of the fleet of vehicles of the municipality of Joinville-Le-Pont. This is a framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders without minimum and with a maximum of 500,000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the contract

the licensee shall permit the consumption of the following fuels: Super Unleaded 95-e10, Super Unleaded 98-e5, Super ethanol-e85, Gasoil B7, Gasoil B10, Gasoil XTL and LPG-LPG, in stations located within a perimeter close to the City. Fuel will be supplied using flow-through cards that allow the fuel to be used through the use of a PIN. Depending on the needs of the municipality, these cards must be limited in their use (to a single type of fuel, geographical limitation, etc.). As an accessory, the holder must also offer an automatic vehicle washing service in its service station(s). The contract is concluded for a period of four (4) years from 18/07/2023, or from its notification to the holder if it is later.
