Supervising the design and implementation of the Works and managing the Contract entitled: "Design and execution of construction works for the section of the S74 Przełom/Mniów expressway - Kielce section Kielce (S7 junction Kielce Zachód) - Kielce (DK No. 73)"

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

- supervision of the design, verification of the design documentation, its completeness, reciprocal compliance, verification of the results of conducting control calculations in order to find possible errors,

- management, exercise of investor supervision and control over the execution of works until the Final Settlement

- carrying out information and promotion activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the GDDKiA services,

- fulfilment of reporting obligations arising from EU procedures

And cooperation in this regard with the services of GDDKiA,

- fulfillment of the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the existing EU-co-financed investment requirements/guidelines and the procedures of the beneficiary of the Projects for the POIA,

- the provision of investor supervision services over the execution of construction works and participation in the Guarantee Review and supervision of the removal of any defects/defects found in the warranty reviews under the Contract concluded;

- carrying out tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme,

- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project.

- supervision of project work and robots in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting in the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Public Procurement Law Act.

- constant monitoring, handling and settlement of matters related to proper performance by individual Contractors, Contractor documents and works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with Consultant Teams supervising neighbouring investments - in result of which the Consultant will have the obligation to work out the rules and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and works. If necessary, the Leading Consultant conducting the coordination case at the junction of the Projects shall appoint the Contracting Authority.

The value of the order between 140 thousand and EUR 10 million.
