In the name and for the account of the Kommunales Jobcenter Hamm AöR (client), the city of Hamm is inviting tenders for an advanced module in the context of a project to advise SGB II benefit recipients with health restrictions, which is intended to prepare the project participants for participation in working life.

The focus is on preparing the project participants for participation in working life.

The target group of the measure includes employable beneficiaries from the legal circle of SGB II, for whom intensive activation assistance is required for professional integration. The target group consists exclusively of participants of the rehapro project. They have placement obstacles, which manifest themselves primarily in severe health restrictions/disabilities or physical and / or psychological instability.
