The Hammer non-profit construction company mbH is planning to realize the complete new construction of a building in the city center area of Hamm, which is intended for later use as a bicycle parking garage with 370 parking spaces on the ground floor and in which several apartments are to be created on the 1st and 2nd floors. The construction project is to be realized on an inner-city property with limited access possibilities in the immediate vicinity of the city's main pedestrian zone. For this purpose, an architect is to be commissioned who plans and accompanies the structural realization of the project.
The object of the contract is project planning services for the building performance profile for the project described in more detail in Section II.1.4). Work phases 1 to 9 are to be awarded, whereby a step-by-step assignment is planned (level 1: service phases 1 to 3; level 2: service phases 4 to 6; level 3: service phases 7 to 9).
