The city of Fulda would like to make an active contribution to climate protection and further strengthen its attractiveness as a service-oriented service provider. As a result, the conclusion of a framework agreement for bicycle leasing in the sense of TV bicycle leasing is sought. The lessee will be the city of Fulda. The latter concludes corresponding leasing and usage contracts with the interested employees.

Financing is provided as part of deferred compensation and is borne by the employees themselves. Since the collective bargaining agreement of 25.10.2020, this form of deferred compensation has been possible for employees covered by collective bargaining agreements in the public sector. This possibility is now to be used. The bicycles provided can be used by the participating employees both for business and private purposes.
