The city of Bad Urach intends to build a village community center (DGH) in the district of Hengen. For this purpose, the existing old school building is to be demolished in parts and rebuilt or renovated in the preserved stock. The subject of this procedure is now the awarding of the planning services for the technical building equipment. The award will be made in two lots:
- The 1:
Specialist planning services of technical building equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.1 in plant groups 1 to 3 (HLS) for service phases 1 to 9.
- The 2:
Specialist planning services for technical building equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15.1 in system group 4 (electrical) for service phases 1 to 9.

A gradual assignment is intended, there is no entitlement to further assignment.
According to current planning, the city of Bad Urach assumes a maximum construction volume of around EUR 2.1 net (KG 200-400 according to DIN 276-1:2008-12). Funding from the Rural Development Programme is to be expected.
The planning services are to take place from mid-November 2023. The start of construction is planned for 2024/2025.
