Objective and scope of the procurement

On behalf of Inderøy, Verdal and Levanger Municipalities, the contracting authority would like to invite tenderers to a tender contest for the establishment of a joint framework agreement for the purchase of services within sludge suction, flushing, pipe inspections and transport of sludge, etc.

The contract will be valid for 2 years with the possibility for extension for 1 + 1 year.

The total estimated annual value is NOK 2,700,000 excluding VAT. - Total of NOK 10,800,000 excluding VAT for the duration of the framework agreement based on statistics from the previous period and expected inflation. It is difficult to predict needs for the next 4 years, as there are uncertainties around actual needs.

The maximum value of the framework agreement is set at NOK 12,500,000 excluding VAT.
