The subject of the contract in this tender is "Delivery and implementation of e-services – telemedicine systems and ICT equipment under the project called "eCareMed – Electronic Medical Documentation and e-services on the way to accreditation of the Multi-Specialist Hospital in Jaworzno" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") under the European Regional Development Fund. The project will be implemented under Priority Axis II Digital Silesia, Measure 2.1 Support for the development of digital public services of the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship 2014-2020.
The subject of the contract has been divided into 7 packages, each of which is a separate part.
By specifying Part should be understood Package; these are interchangeable concepts.

Package 2 Telemedicine: cardiac telerehabilitation - patients outside the hospitalThe subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of telemedicine, cardiac telerehabilitation - patients outside the hospital. Package 3 Telemedicine and telecare patients outside the hospitalThe subject of the contract is the delivery and implementation of telemedicine and telecare patients outside the hospital. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.3 to the SWZ.
Pakiet 4 e-Backup EDMThe subject of the contract is the delivery of e-Backup EDM. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.4 to the SWZ.
Package 5 eID ReadersThe subject of the contract is the supply of eEvidence readers. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.5 to the SWZ.
Package 6 Telephone DeliveryThe subject of the contract is the supply of telephone sets. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3.6 to the SWZ.
