Renovation of a building located at 78 Grabiszyńska Street in Wrocław.

The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) installation of central heating and hot water in residential premises supplied from dual-function gas boilers,

2) liquidation of individual heat sources and individual sources of domestic hot water preparation together with finishing works after their liquidation,

3) proper ventilation of rooms in the building using free flues after dismantled furnaces, installation of new ventilation and flue gas ducts for dual-function gas boilers,

4) reconstruction of the gas installation,

5) reconstruction of internal cold water and sanitary sewage systems,

6) renovation of residential premises (vacant buildings) No. 16, 20,

7) thermal insulation of the eastern and western facades of the building along with the replacement of window joinery,

8) development of an energy performance certificate for a dwelling (vacant) No. 15, in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law and the Act of 29 August 2014 on the energy performance of buildings and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 27 February 2015 on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building and energy performance certificates,

9) execution, delivery and assembly of the "information board for the construction time" - in accordance with the "Instructions for the Contractor, Rules for marking the investment in the field of information for residents" together with the patterns of the boards.
