The object of the order is the design and construction of the ring road of Strykowo within the national road No. 32 on the section from km 0+000 to km 3+079. This section is located in the territory of Greater Poland Voivodeship, in Poznań County, in the territory of the municipality of Stęszew.

The object of the order is the design and construction of the ring road of Strykowo within the national road No. 32 on the section from km 0+000 to km 3+079. This section is located in the territory of Greater Poland Voivodeship, in Poznań County, in the territory of the municipality of Stęszew.

The scope of the contract shall include the execution of all necessary works for the proper operation of the national road, in accordance with applicable law and the Orders of the General Director of National Roads and Highways [3.1.2].

All necessary design developments should be carried out, obtain on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, decisions and consents necessary for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Contracting Authority's Requirements and Contract Conditions, perform construction works and obtain, on behalf and on behalf of the Contracting Authority, decisions on the use permit for the entire range of investments.

The detailed material scope of the Works intended for the performance of the Contractor's duties shall be outlined in the further content of the Functional-Use Programme, hereinafter referred to as “PFU”.
