The corona pandemic has made employees discover the benefits of teleworking. Employees no longer want to travel every time, not even for training. As an organization, we would like to focus more on blended learning paths. The combination of online and face-to-face learning increases the chances that employees will apply what they have learned. For some learning needs, no face-to-face moments are even necessary and employees have gathered enough knowledge via e-learning. Online learning is therefore gaining in importance in our organization. We want to offer our employees the opportunity to work on their development whenever and wherever they want.

We have the knowledge and skills to create e-learning ourselves, but it's an investment of time that we can't afford for a large amount of e-learning. This is why we are looking for an external partner who offers us the opportunity to buy e-learning for certain themes.

In particular, we are looking for a platform that offers e-learning on soft skills (lot 1) and a platform specialized in e-learning for the use of Microsoft 365 applications (lot 2). In this way, we will be able to offer a very wide range of online learning moments to our employees. E-learnings will be used as isolated learning moments, but will also be integrated into blended learning pathways.

The e-learnings that have been developed so far are mainly technical in nature and are intended for employees who work in the front and back office. With the help of an e-learning catalogue, we want to expand our offer with more diverse topics.
