The purpose of the contract is the architectural project management on lots BB4, ED3 and H4. Additional information on batches is available in the framing notes.

The BB4 project aims to create, in the East sector of the Zac de Moulon, a mixed property complex comprising a university restaurant of approximately 1,200 m2 SDP and a social student residence of about 3,900 m2 SDP, or about 135 beds, 30 of which are intended for research housing for the Université Paris-Saclay.

The ED3 project aims to create, in the East sector of the ZAC of Moulon, a mixed property complex comprising a silo parking with 170 places and a student residence of at least 115 beds for 3,400 m2 SDP

The H4 project aims to create in the area known as the Hospital de la ZAC de Corbeville a social student residence of about 4,200m2 of floor area, or about 156 beds.
