The subject of the Order is: Execution of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Skarszewy Rzemieślnicza Street no. 3 p. 136, UP/00419592

Material scope:

— gas pipeline ś/c dn 63 PE, L = approx. 173,0 [m],

— connection ś/c dn 32 PE, L = approx. 2.0 [m], Id. 136, pcs. 1,

— gas cabinet, pcs. 1

Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.

1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: “The execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Skarszewy Rzemieślnicza Street no. 3, p. 136, UP/00419592", based on the terms of connection in Annex 2 to the contract.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
