The operation concerns the construction of 31 individual social rental housing units built under the conditions of PLUS (19) and PLAI (12) financing (loan assisted by the State) subject to approval.

The contract to be concluded as a result of the procedure initiated will be the execution of the following tasks of management defined by book IV of the part of the public order code (these missions will be specified in phase 2 of submission of proposals and in the CCAP):
