This contract (grouping of order) concerns the execution of cleaning services of communal buildings and buildings managed by the Municipal Social Action Center (CCAS) located on the territory of the municipality of Passage d'Agen.

Service contract awarded following the open tendering procedure as defined in Articles 25-I.1º and 67 to 68 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

It has 3 lots:

- Lot No 1 is a market reserved for integration structures through economic activity or equivalent structures (Article 36.II of Ordinance No 2015-899 of 23.7.2015),

- Lots 2 and 3 include a professional insertion clause through economic activity (Article 38 of Ordinance No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015, and 62 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016).

In accordance with Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, this consultation will result in a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum.

This contract concerns the performance of cleaning services (household and glazing) of the municipal buildings listed in Article 2.1; 2.3 and 2.4 of the CCTP.

The performance of the services must start on 29.7.2019.

This contract concerns the performance of cleaning services (household and glazing) of school groups in the town of Passage d'Agen listed in article 2.2 of the CCTP.

The performance of the services must start on 29.7.2019.

This contract concerns the performance of cleaning services (household and glazing) of the buildings of the CCAS of the town of Passage d'Agen listed in article 2.5 of the CCTP.
