Receipt, transport and development of municipal waste from real estate inhabited from Dęblin, organization, equipment and operation of the municipal waste collection point (PSZOK), collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK.

The subject of the contract includes the performance of the service entitled: "Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the City of Dęblin, organization, equipment and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), collection, transport and management of waste from PSZOK.", including in particular: 1) Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Dęblin, as well as collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK) in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended), the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), implementing regulations to these acts, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lubelskie Voivodeship and the current resolutions of the Dęblin City Council on the "Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the City of Dęblin" and "Detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management". 2) Equipping inhabited real estate: a) in single-family buildings with bags: - green with the inscription "GLASS", intended for glass waste, including glass packaging waste; - blue with the inscription "PAPER", intended for paper, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard; - yellow with the inscription "METALS AND PLASTICS", intended for metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste; b) in multi-family buildings in containers: - blue with the inscription "PAPIER" for the fraction of waste which includes paper waste, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard; - green with the inscription "GLASS" on the fraction of waste which includes glass waste, including glass packaging waste; - yellow with the inscription "METALS AND PLASTICS" for waste fractions consisting of metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste; - brown color with the inscription "BIO" for bio-waste. 3) Organization and operation of PSZOK for a minimum of three days a week, i.e. every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, from 12:00 to 18:00 in the City of Dęblin (the Contractor must have a legal title to the property on which he intends to run PSZOK). 4) Equipping PSZOK with an appropriate number of containers for the collection of individual types of waste specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ, in such quantity as to ensure their proper functioning. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the rules defining its implementation are set out in the OPZ.
