The subject of the contract is the construction and executive design for the task: "Expansion of Voivodeship Road No. 461 in Brynica" in accordance with the terms of the tender specifications.

Code and name of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 71.32.20.00-1 - design engineering services in the field of civil engineering.

The subject of the contract includes:

a) geodetic works:

- developing a map for design purposes,

- division of plots,

- stabilization of road lane boundaries.

b) design works:

- preparation of a construction design together with obtaining a decision on permission for the implementation of a road investment (ZRID),

- development of detailed design,

- drawing up the design of the target traffic organization with its approval,

- preparation of information on safety and health protection due to the specificity of the designed building (BIOZ)

- development of detailed technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works,

- development of the cost estimate part (investor's cost estimate, offer cost estimate, bill of quantities, calculation of unit prices),

- carrying out studies in the field of environmental protection along with obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of the project,

- development of water law surveys along with obtaining water law permits,

- soil testing - drilling (according to the list of geological drilling parameters),

- testing the pavement load capacity by means of deflections,

- detailed inventory of greenery along with the logging plan,

- preparation of materials for the application for co-financing of the road investment from European Union funds,

- other elements necessary to complete the task.

c) preparing answers to questions of the contractors of works, providing explanations regarding the developed project documentation and making possible modifications (corrections and additions) to the developed project and tender documentation, during the tender procedure for the implementation of construction works for the project consisting in the expansion of voivodship road No. 461 in m Brynica.

d) exercising author's supervision during construction works and during the warranty period for defects for construction works carried out on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Designing Unit.
