NAV invites tenderers to an open tender contest for wagons and aids for sports and activities for disabled persons. The tender will include products, accessories, spare parts and services. The contest will be divided into multiple items (individual contests) where tenderers can choose to submit a tender for 1 or more of the items.

Contracts will be signed for each item with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs and to achieve the procurement's aims. There can, therefore, be variations from item to item regarding whether a framework agreement will be signed with 1 tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed.

The products included in this contest will mainly be classified in accordance with NS-EN ISO 9999:2011:

12 27 07 Lying and sitting wagons;

30 09 00 Sports and exercise equipment;

12 22 03 Wheelchairs for sports and leisure activities;

24 36 15 Trailers for bicycles.
