Provision of project management assistance for the conduct of operations and risk management and contracts in the context of energy renovation works and densification of the administrative city of Melun. The market is broken down into 2 distinct lots:

- Lot 1: AMO - Operation Conduct,

- lot 2: AMO - risk management and contracts.

Each lot includes a fixed price share and a standing share. Each standing order does not include a minimum amount or a maximum amount over the entire duration of the contract. As an indicative and non-contractual indication, the estimated amount of the standing share is 10 000 EUR HT per lot over the entire duration of the contract. This contract starts from the date of notification and ends at the latest at the end of the guarantee of complete completion of works of energy renovation works and densification of the administrative city of Melun.
