Oberschule Roter Sand: New construction of the vintage house and adaptation of the existing building to the W + E location: Technical equipment

The current positive urban development in the Bremen district of Woltmershausen results in an increased space requirement at the Roter Sand secondary school.

The Roter Sand school is a four-class high school for grades 5 to 10 with around 600 students and a school staff of around 70 employees. The city decided that the high school should now be increased to 5 classes. For this purpose, a new vintage house is to be built southwest of the existing building. A space requirement of approx. 2,600 m will be required for the new building 2 GFA accepted.

In addition, the Roter Sand secondary school is to become a S&E location. This means that within the scope of inclusion, schoolchildren with limitations in perception and development should also be trained at the location. This also requires adjustments to the existing structure. The remodeling share is approx. 10% of the total project.

The existing building has been completely renovated in recent years. The subject of this tender are specialist planning services for technical equipment.

According to a preliminary cost assumption, the construction costs (KG 400) amount to approx. EUR 1.5 million gross.

- Technical equipment performance phase 1-2, optional performance phase 3-9 according to § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Appendix 15, section 15.1 for the following groups of systems:

1. sewage, water and gas plants,

2. heat supply systems,

3. ventilation systems,

4. high-voltage systems,

5. Telecommunications or information technology systems,

8. Building automation.

- Special / additional services: Cost estimation with setting up quantity structures and specification of unit prices (special service for LPH 2), optional: cost calculation with setting up quantity structures and specification of unit prices (special service for LPH 3), optional: in-depth price check within the scope of LPH 6, optional: keeping a construction diary according to RLBau (special service for performance phase 8), optional: monitoring of the removal of defects as evidence on request (special performance for performance phase 9).
