Description:
Delivery of a testing machine enabling testing of mechanical strength of model soil aggregates for the Bohdan Dobrzański Institute of Agrophysics of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Lublin

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a testing machine enabling testing of the mechanical strength of model soil aggregates – 1 set.

2. The scope of the contract includes delivery to the Ordering Party: Testing machine enabling testing of mechanical strength of model soil aggregates – 1 set.

3. The name of the order included in the title of the order does not constitute the own name of the producers/distributors of the products, but is the only auxiliary designation used by the Ordering Party.

4. Code and Order Name according to the Common Procurement Dictionary (CPV):

38500000-0 – Control and research equipment,

38540000-2 – Test and measuring machinery and apparatus.

5. A detailed description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a testing machine enabling testing of the mechanical strength of model soil aggregates – 1 set.

Required - minimum parameters:

1.0 A machine enabling testing of the mechanical strength of model soil aggregates.

1.1 Table construction based on a two-column frame equipped with two guides.

1.2 Frame strength not less than 5kN.

1.3 Can be configured from a minimum of 5 N to 5 kN

1.4 Maximum crossbar stroke not less than 950 mm.

1.5 Vertical working space not less than 800 mm.

1.6 Maximum horizontal working volume not less than 400 mm.

1.7 Minimum speed not more than 0,001 mm/min.

1.8 Maximum speed not less than 1400 mm/min.

1.9 Positioning repeatability of the measuring beam minimum 0.004 mm.

1.10 Full path position control resolution of at least 0,05 μm.

1.11 Speed control accuracy of at least 0.1% of the set value, over the full speed range.

1.12 Speed of registration of measured values (sampling rate) for all measurement channels not less than 5 kHz.

REMARK! Criterion for the evaluation of tenders

2.0 Measuring heads – (total 3 pcs.)

2.1 Automatic recognition and calibration of the head by the machine.

2.2 Force measuring head 1000 N – 1 pc

2.3 The 1000N head in combination with control and measurement electronics meets the requirements of EN ISO 7500-1 (accuracy, spread error, hysteresis error, zero error, resolution) in the range of at least 10 N in accuracy class 0.5.

2.4 Force measuring head 100 N. – 1 pc

2.5 The 100N head in combination with the control and measurement electronics meets the requirements of EN ISO 7500-1 (accuracy, spread error, hysteresis error, zero error, resolution) in the range of at least 1 N in accuracy class 0.5.

2.6 10 N head equipped with mechanical overload protection. – 1 pc

2.7 The 10N head in combination with the control and measurement electronics meets the requirements of EN ISO 7500-1 (accuracy, spread error, hysteresis error, zero error, resolution) in the range of at least 0,25 N in accuracy class 0,5.

2.8 Tare capability to minimum 50% of the nominal force while maintaining the nominal load.

2.9 Resistance to axial overloads not less than 150% of the nominal force value.

2.10 Operating range in the minimum temperature range from 0 to 50°C.

3.0 Compressive plate set

3.1 Steel or aluminium, adapted to the measuring range.

3.2 The diameter of steel plates is not less than 100 mm.

3.3 The diameter of aluminum plates not less than 55 mm.

4.0 Mechanical Handles

4.1 A pair of mechanical grips with a gripping surface of at least 15 x 15 mm (width x height).

4.2 Maximum load of at least 100 N.

4.3 Possibility of mounting components up to a thickness of at least 8 mm.

5.0 Software

5.1 Available in Polish or English.

5.2 Installed on the computer supplied with the apparatus.

5.3 Enabling constant recording of machine operation, control of all system components, providing information about errors, monitoring test parameters over time.

5.4 Allowing the creation of graphs (showing at least the channels of force, road, time) and tables (containing results and statistics).

5.5 Allowing real-time measurement curves with automatic axis scaling and unit selection.

5.6 Allowing editing and exporting results to ASCII, PDF, Ms Excel and Ms Word.

5.7 Containing a package of test methods with pre-defined modules for performing tests m.in.: compression, stretching, bending, friction.
