1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for hospital rooms with a total area of 13,704.92 m2 in the facilities of the Multidisciplinary District Hospital S.A. located in Tarnowskie Góry at 47-51 Pyskowicka Street and 21 Opolska Street.

2. List of areas intended for cleaning:

• The main building together with the building of the psychiatry ward at Pyskowicka Street – 12 323.29 m2

• Administration building at Pyskowicka Street — 807.40 m2

• Buildings at 21 Opolska Street — 574,23 m2

1. The subject of the order includes its scope:

a) specialist cleaning and disinfection of hospital surfaces and hospital equipment,

b) round-the-clock cleaning in hospital rooms,

c) transport of medical waste from the place of generation to the place of storage,

d) transport of municipal waste from the place of generation to the place of storage,

e) washing, disinfecting and making patients' beds,

f) assistance in satisfying the physiological needs of patients, decontamination of sanitary vessels,

g) transport of dirty and clean underwear,

h) activities related to the management of hospital underwear and clothing in hospital wards,

i) cloakroom and lingerie warehouse service,

j) transport of materials from the Operating Block to the Central Sterilization and back,

(k) food transport services,

l) transport services of materials and equipment,

m) transport services of the patient's biological material,

(n) assistance in lifting, moving and transporting patients,

o) participation in activities related to waste management (including in particular: waste labelling, activities in the waste warehouse, decontamination of the warehouse area, decontamination of waste transport trolleys).

p) ensuring constant access to sanitary measures and hygienic materials.
