The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 brand new low-floor city buses, with a total length of 11.8 - 12.2 m, three-door, with doors in a 2-2-2 arrangement, with a diesel engine with the Euro 6 emission standard. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract can be found in the appendices to the Terms of Reference.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 2 brand new low-floor public transport buses

and:

1) providing a warranty for buses and installed equipment and all bus equipment,

2) delivery of software for vehicle devices and equipment, as well as updating of database software, as well as maintenance of this software,

3) issuance of technical and operational documentation of the vehicle type, including a user manual in Polish,

4) granting a licence for the software of the devices and equipment delivered with the bus or issued together with the subject of delivery,

5) providing service assistance,

6) training of the Contracting Authority's employees
