The service of collecting and managing municipal waste from all owners of residential properties located in the Dębica commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage. The Contractor is obliged to manage all waste collected from the area of the Dębica Commune in accordance with applicable law, the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship and the Resolution on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.

- Running a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Dębica commune,

- The service of transporting municipal waste collected from residents and from PSZOK to a regional municipal waste treatment installation.

The service of collecting and managing municipal waste from all owners of resident property located in the Dębica commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Dębica commune in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

2. Conducting a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in the Dębica Commune on the days and hours specified in the resolution of the Dębica Commune Council regarding the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste.

3. The contract covers the following types of municipal waste:

1) collected directly from residential areas: mixed (unsorted) municipal waste (20 03 01), paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01), metal (15 01 04, 20 01 40), plastics (15 01 02, 20 01 39), glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02), multi-material packaging (15 01 05), biodegradable municipal waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01, 20 03 02), including biodegradable packaging waste (20 01 01, 15 01 01), other non-specified fractions collected selectively - ash (ex 20 01 99) by collecting bags with waste and emptying containers with municipal waste and transporting them,

2) collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point: paper (15 01 01, 20 01 01), metals (15 01 04, 20 01 40), plastics (15 01 02, 20 01 39), glass (15 01 07, 20 01 02), multi-material packaging (15 01 05), biodegradable municipal waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01, 20 03 02), including biodegradable packaging waste (20 01 01, 15 01 01), expired medicines and chemicals (including paints, adhesives, solvents, waste oils, plant protection products, etc.), waste batteries and accumulators, waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07), construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste , used tires (16 01 03), green waste (20 02 01), other non-specified fractions collected separately - ash (ex 2001 99),

3) collected as part of an ad hoc collection: waste electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 35 *, 20 01 36), furniture and other bulky waste (20 03 07), used tires (16 01 03) - minimum twice a year,

4) received at pharmacies and health centers designated by the Dębica Commune: expired medicines (2001 32),

5) collected from collection points organized in schools: used batteries (20 01 34),

4. Running a Customer Service Point (POK) in the Dębica commune.

5. Preparation of a schedule for municipal waste collection from residents.

6. Conducting information and educational activities.

Date of service:

From 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019.

Expected quantity of mixed municipal waste to be collected and handled during the contract period: 3 900 Mg.

Expected amount of municipal waste collected selectively, which must be collected and managed during the contract period: 1 500 Mg.

PSZOK: 336 Mg.
