The subject of the contract is to provide technical support services for Oracle software owned by the Ordering Party

1. Providing basic technical support services for the Oracle software owned by the Ordering Party indicated in Table 1 in the Description of the subject of the contract from November 1, 2023 or November 30, 2023 to October 31, 2025 (in accordance with the information contained in Table No. 1 in the Description of the subject of the contract).

2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
