Framtiden Byggutveckling (FBU) plans to build three buildings in 7 to 11 floors with a total of 160 rental apartments at Övre Sanatoriegatan in Östra Kålltorp, Gothenburg. In mid-May 2023, FBU chose to terminate previously signed construction contracts, which means that there is a construction document project and production that has begun to relate to and build on. The project is planned to be carried out in close collaboration between the client and the contractor in a turnkey contract in collaboration.
