Object planning of buildings and interiors and technical equipment HLSE for the conversion of the former Technical High School Offenburg into an administration building

The district office Ortenaukreis plans the renovation of the former technical high school in Okenstraße 4 in Offenburg with the aim of using it as part of the district office. This is based on extensive measures, especially in the areas of fire protection, security technology, interior fittings and the building envelope. An initial occupancy plan is available and as part of a feasibility study initiated in 2022, it was examined how the existing building can be renovated. Accordingly, gross investment costs of € 12.5 million are to be expected.
