Our city has a proactive approach to promoting technical solutions that are respectful of man and the environment. The purpose of this consultation is therefore to highlight sustainable development choices, particularly in the recycling of containers and packaging, the fight against food and energy waste. It is important to prioritize a food offering that is respectful of the environment and animal welfare. As such, this contract requires the applicant to prioritize a local supply and to integrate organic, reasoned and fair trade products into meals in order to offer a “citizen catering”. As part of this procedure and in particular, we will pay special attention to the taste quality.
