The object of the contract is as follows: concession for the executive design, for the realization of energy redevelopment and plant adaptation works and for the management of public lighting systems of the municipality of Codogno pursuant to art. 180 and following of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and the provision of services by the concessionaire for the entire duration of the concession.

The activities covered by the concession must be carried out in accordance with the minimum environmental criteria (CAM) approved by Ministerial Decree of 27 September 2017, in Official Gazette no. 244 of 18 October 2017 and integrated with DM 28 March 2018, in Official Gazette no. 98 of 28 April 2018 "Minimum environmental criteria for the award of the public lighting service".
