The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the supply and delivery of food and beverages for the school and municipal catering service and for the preparation of buffets and cocktails for the city of Pavillons-Sous-Bois. This is a single-award framework agreement established in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will be the subject of the issuance of purchase orders as and when the needs arise according to the modalities described in Article 7 of the CCAP. It will be concluded without minimum and with maximum such as these amount(s) appear(s) in the deed of commitment. The Framework Agreement is divided into two lots: - lot 1: Supply and delivery of food and beverages for the school and municipal catering service - lot 2: Supply and delivery of food and beverages for the preparation of buffets and cocktails

for lot 1, the framework agreement consists of the preparation of a menu plan (over 8 weeks) through a nutritionist or dietician and the supply of technical sheets containing the components of the meal in its entirety, the supply of foodstuffs including groceries and bread, the supply of a buffer stock, the periodic delivery of foodstuffs for the organisation of picnics and snacks, the organization of animations, themed meals and parties, the provision of a table summarizing the allergens of each service. The Framework Agreement consists for Lot No. 2 in the supply of all foodstuffs for the needs of buffets and cocktails, breakfasts and beverages including groceries and bread, the determination of the quantity of products necessary for the preparation of buffets and cocktails including groceries, on-site delivery
