The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Office for the Environment, awards the decommissioning of emission reduction credits to offset greenhouse gas emissions of the state government for the year 2022, as well as the official air travel of the rest of the Bavarian state government in 2022.

The requirement amounts to a total of 28,994 credits, divided into three quantity lots of 9,665, 9,665 and 9,664 credits respectively.

The award of the contract is based on the most economical bid per lot (highest key figure Z). Performance will be evaluated on the basis of project information to be submitted. The project location (28%), special contribution to sustainable development (28%), special projects (28%) and the transformation contribution (16%) are evaluated.

Bidders can offer several main bids with different projects or project countries, even per lot, in order to maximize the chance of being awarded the contract.
