Kirunabostäder and Kiruna Commercial Properties own and manage a total of about 2,160 apartments, 28,000 m2 of commercial space and manage about 190 000 m2 of municipal operating premises such as schools, retirement homes, bathhouses, sports halls and the like for Kiruna Municipality.

In 2022, the volume of the framework agreement amounted to approximately SEK 1,000,000. The volume includes both work and materials. The volume above should be seen as information and is not a guarantee of the working volume of the framework agreement. In connection with larger projects or larger individual purchases, the customer reserves the right to request separate tenders.

This volume is historical and may be above or below during the framework agreement period. The successful supplier is obliged to satisfy actual demand according to the specified conditions of the specifications.
The ceiling volume for all contracting authorities is estimated for the framework agreement period (4 years) to amount to a maximum of 4.5 MSek (excl. VAT).
