The purpose of this consultation is to carry out missions of diagnosis of wet networks and conduits, detection and georeferencing of networks for the needs of the SPLA-IN AMP. It is divided into 2 lots detailed below. Each lot will take the form of a multi-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of Articles L.2125-1 1 ° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code. For each of the framework agreements, the number of successful tenderers is set at a maximum of 2 (subject to a sufficient number of tenders). Purchase orders will be awarded to the holders of each framework agreement upon need using the "rotation" method described in the SMCC. Each framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value of benefits.
Execution of diagnostic missions of wet networks and ducts relating to the heritage of the SPLA-IN AMP and the public spaces for which it will be the project manager.The services covered by the framework agreement are divided into 5 missions: - Mission 1: Diagnosis and search for leaks on the underground networks and rainwater of a building. - Mission 2: Diagnosis and search for leaks on all underground and vertical networks of a building. - Mission 3: Diagnosis and search for leaks on all the wet networks of a building. - Mission 4: Diagnosis and search for leaks on wet networks in public spaces. - Mission 5: Video inspection of ventilation or smoke evacuation ducts.
Carrying out missions of detection/geolocation of networks, picketing and / or marking on the ground and surveys of georeferenced surveys of underground structuresThe services covered by the framework agreement are divided into 5 phases:- Phase 1: Site preparation and installation- Phase 2: Detection of underground structures by non-intrusive methods- Phase 3: Geolocation of underground structures by invasive method- Phase 4: Georeferencing of detected or geolocated underground structures- Phase 5: Marking and/or picketing underground structures
