New LZ Berlin - Grünau VE 1 - Building construction including TGA, PV system with energy storage and outdoor facilities
WNA Berlin intends to build a new control center (LZ) for the automation, remote control and monitoring of hydraulic engineering systems of the Spree - Havel waterway and shipping office (WSA) on the construction yard of the Spree-Havel WSA in Berlin-Grünau. The control center is to connect as a massive structure to the existing magazine building with a connecting building.
The subject of this call for tenders is the awarding unit 1 (VE1):
- Construction of the control center building including the building technology
- Dismantling the existing staircase system to the magazine building, including demolition and disposal
- New construction of the connection building to the magazine building
- Outdoor and traffic facilities including bank access path and angular retaining wall for terrain support
- Indemption/connection to existing infrastructure
- PV system on the roof including energy storage
An execution plan is to be prepared by the contractor on the basis of the tender documents!
The technical facilities of the control center for central signalling and operation of hydraulic engineering systems (locks, weirs, pumping stations and folding bridges) will be advertised separately at a later date as
VE2 - Technical systems for automation and remote control.
