Shropshire County PCT wishes to commission a fully integrated prison based Drug and Alcohol Treatment Service for HMP Shrewsbury and HMPO \ YOI Stoke Heath. The service will be provided within the prisons and will replace the previously distinct prison based substance misuse programmes which included IDTS, CARAT’s COVAID, PASRO and CBDT.
