The project concerns the renovation and transformation of an old cinema, a theater and an investment building in order to create a new socio-cultural facility comprising scenic spaces, adaptable places to accommodate different cultural activities and social cohesion (exhibitions, performances, workshops, meetings) spaces technical and administrative. The new facility will notably host the cultural center of Schaerbeek.

General contractor work for the renovation and transformation of 3 buildings for the creation of socio-cultural equipment and general coordination of the different lots.

The mission includes metalwork specific to railings, ramps, cladding and carpentry; to coordinate with lot 1

The mission includes specific work on equipment for theaters relating to scenography, in particular:

- Stage machinery

- Carpentry

- Network and stage electricity

- Drapes

The mission includes the installation of the infrastructure of the center for the 3 rooms (small room on the street side of Haecht, large multipurpose room at the articulation of the buildings and a theater room).
