On 18 May 2021, Rsg de Borgen (hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority) indicated, by means of Announcement on TenderNed, to select an integral design team for the renovation of rsg de Borgen in Leek.

This is a European restricted procedure (pre-selection procedure). This procedure is laid down in Part 2 of the Procurement Act 2012 and the European Directive (Directive 2004/18/EC), which coordinates procedures for the award of public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts. The Procurement Act 2012 applies to this procedure.
