The subject matter of the contract is the extension of the Uczelnia.XP didactics service system with the public e-services system and mobile applications
1. The subject of the order is the extension of the didactic system of Uczelnia.XP with the public e-services system and mobile applications, in particular:
1.1. Pre-implementation analysis
1.2. Implementation of the e-services system:
1.2.1. Development, implementation and launch of the e-services system (in two instances - test and production);
1.2.2. Integration of e-services with the university's IT environment (in particular with the didactic system Uczelnia.XP);
1.2.3. Delivery of software licenses for the implementation of 12 (including two optional) e-public services:
e-Application - type A2C, level of maturity 5;
e-Erasmus - type A2C, level of maturity 4;
e-Scholarship - type A2C, level of maturity 5;
e-Decision - type A2C, level of maturity 5;
e-Message - type A2C, level of maturity 5;
e-Certification - type A2C, level of maturity 3;
e-Payment - type A2C, level of maturity 5;
e-PRK - type A2C, level of maturity 5;
e-Anti-plagiarism test - A2C type, level of maturity 4;
e-ORPPD - type A2A, level of maturity 3.

1.3. Implementation of the mobile application:
1.3.1. Implementation of a mobile application available to candidates, students and didactics, and its integration with the university's didactic service system Uczelnia.XP and the e-services system;
1.3.2. Delivery of a license for a mobile application for handling e-services available to candidates, students and didactics.
1.4. Training and preparation of as-built documentation and instructional materials for users of e-services.
The Employer accepts the submission of equivalent offers. In cases where in the description of the subject of the order, trademarks, patents, origin, source or special process characterizing specific products or services were indicated, this means that the Purchaser can not describe the subject of the order with sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order . In such situations, any indication of trademarks, patents, origin, source or special process should be read with the words "or equivalent". The Contractor who relies on equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the deliveries offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the order. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 30 para. 1 point 2 and par. 3 of the Public Procurement Law, allows equivalent solutions to the described.
