Description:
Management of municipal waste collected from the area of the Jastarnia Municipality handled by ABRUKO Sp. z o.o.

The subject of this public contract is a service consisting in the management of municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Jastarnia in a regional municipal waste treatment installation, hereinafter referred to as the "installation", located in the northern region of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, including, m.in. sorting, composting and neutralizing waste after sorting, in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31 December 2023, in accordance with the provisions of the current Waste Management Plan for Pomorskie Voivodship

The amounts of waste to be managed indicated above are forecast values and may be reduced or increased, to which the contractor agrees and will not pursue claims for the above quantitative changes during the implementation of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to deliver less or more waste (of any type and in total) during the term of the contract, which will be settled according to the unit prices specified in the offer and contract.

3Access to the place of waste discharge should be paved so that the operator's vehicles with a permissible load of 100 kN have the possibility of unloading regardless of weather conditions.

The area at unloading should be paved and adapted to the free turning and reversing of the operator's vehicles.

The place of unloading should be properly protected against access by unauthorized persons during unloading of waste.

The contractor will be responsible for all damage to vehicles resulting from poor technical condition of access roads and maneuvering places on the installation site.

The Contractor is obliged to immediately inform the contracting authority about any situation causing difficulties in the management of delivered waste or the inability to manage such waste.

The contractor will secure the collection of waste on working days during the opening hours of RIPOK.

Each amount of waste actually delivered by the operator will be recorded by the contractor with an obligatory breakdown into: registration number of the vehicle delivering the waste, a specific waste code and the date and time of delivery of waste.
