The subject of the contract is: "Successive supply of sands and construction aggregates" divided into two Parts
Part 1: Successive supply of sands1. The subject of the contract is: "Successive delivery of sands"
2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope are specified in Appendix No. 1 (the "Offer" form) to the SWZ.
3. The delivered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the standard:
PN-EN 13043:2004 lub PN-EN 13242 +A1:2010.
4. The subject of the contract to be delivered must have a declaration of performance.
5. Deliveries will be made successively in batches according to needs, on the dates indicated by the Ordering Party on a working basis. Indication of the quantity and date will be made by phone at least 24 hours before the implementation of individual deliveries.
Deliveries will be made by the Contractor from 7:00 to 15:00.
6. Transport is provided by the Contractor. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the contract be transported by dump trucks with a load capacity of 25 t 15%.
7. Loading, transport and unloading will take place at the expense of the Contractor.

2. Detailed data of the subject of the contract and its scope are specified in Annex 2 (the "Offer" form) to the SWZ.
3. The delivered subject of the contract must meet the requirements of the standard:
PN-EN 13043:2004 lub PN-EN 13242 +A1:2010.
4. The subject of the contract to be delivered must have a declaration of performance.
