The district of Lindau (Lake Constance) is planning the construction of the new vocational school centre in Lindau. The new construction of the school and 2-fold sports hall is commissioned. An approximate GFA was determined as the preferred variant for the school of approx. 17,900 m2 and for the sports hall of approx. 1,550 m2.

A feasibility study, as of 31.03.2020, has already been prepared.

The subject matter of the contract are planning services of the technical equipment ALG 1, 2, 3, 7 (use-specific and process engineering plants) and 8 (HLS), according to § 53 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 2-9, in the case of gradual commissioning. If necessary, various special services will also be commissioned.

The existing school is to be dismantled and the sports hall demolished. These demolition services are not part of the order and will be commissioned separately. The new construction of the school and the 2-fold sports hall is commissioned here. An approximate GFA was determined as the preferred variant for the school of approx. 17,900 m2 and for the sports hall of approx. 1,550 m2.

There is a pre-employed applicant who has created a concept and the basic determination. However, this office will not participate in the further proceedings. A completed concept study is available, on which to build. The basic determination must be checked and the concepts of LPH 1 largely adopted and, if necessary, reworked in smaller parts.

The construction project is to be carried out in 2 construction phases (1st BA/school and 2nd BA/sports hall).

FAG funding will be applied for in this project.

The award negotiations are expected to take place at the end of April 2023. The contract is expected to be awarded at the end of May 2023.

The start of services is directly after the order has been placed. Construction is scheduled to begin in the 1st quarter of 2025 and completion of the 1st BA/School at the end of December 2028 and the 2nd BA/Sports Hall for spring 2031.
