Community campaign on engagement in the lives of the most vulnerable children and young people

A social campaign must be carried out to motivate citizens to take an active part in the lives of the most vulnerable children and young people. The campaign should provide information about the different ways you can contribute to this group. The campaign aims to show the importance of more people taking part in the responsibility towards children and young people where a decision has been made on placement outside the home, relief or national adoption. The primary purpose of the campaign is to inform about the different ways in which citizens can contribute, and thereby also get more people involved. The campaign activities must be targeted at those citizens who can potentially be motivated to take part in the everyday life of the most vulnerable children and young people by taking on specific tasks, cf. the Service Act and (from April 2023) the forthcoming Child's Act. Specifically, it may be about becoming a respite family, friendship family, foster family or adoptive family.

In connection with the political agreement on Children First, the government and its agreement parties have allocated funds for nationwide campaign activities. The campaign aims to show the importance of more people taking part in the responsibility towards children and young people where a decision has been made on placement outside the home, relief or national adoption. The primary purpose of the campaign is to inform about the different ways in which citizens can contribute, and thereby also get more people involved. The campaign activities must be targeted at those citizens who can potentially be motivated to take part in the everyday life of the most vulnerable children and young people by taking on specific tasks, cf. the Service Act and (from April 2023) the forthcoming Child's Act. Specifically, it may be about becoming a respite family, friendship family, foster family or adoptive family. In its offer, the tenderer must describe an overall campaign design, including information channels, campaign activities, messages, etc. The assignment includes creative and informative presentations for both overall/national activities as well as local/regional activities. The tenderer must also be able to assist with all the practicalities in connection with the implementation of campaigns and other activities from start to finish.
