The client plans to build a new fire equipment house located in the district of Nastätten, corridor 77, parcel 122/11 and optionally the construction of a new fire equipment house located in the Miehlen Hallway 42, parcels 399, 400 and 401

The fire equipment stores should each have a gross floor area of 1,283.50 m 2 or 1,250 m 2. There is a room program coordinated with the fire brigade and the ADD, what should become the basis of the planning. The costs of the construction project in Nastätten (KG 200 to KG 400) are expected to be EUR 2.541 million (net) and that of the fire equipment house in Miehlem 2.415 EUR (net).

In lot 1 — property planning services for buildings § 33 HOAI from service phase 3 up to and including service phase 9 according to HOAI as well as outdoor installations § 39 HOAI service phases 1-9,

In lot 2 - planning services for electrical technical equipment § 55 HOAI service phases 1-9,

In lot 3 - planning services for the technical equipment HLS § 55 HOAI service phases 1-9 and

In lot 4 - structural planning services § 51 HOAI service phases 1-6

In Lot 5 — Fire Brigade Equipment Section 33 HOAI Service Phases 1-9, Section 55 HOAI Service Phases 1-9

The subject of this call for tenders is the planning services in the performance diagram of structural engineering.

The expected eligible costs for Nastätten are as follows:

Cost group 300 building — building construction EUR 1 927 856 (net)

Cost group 400 building — technical plants 600 766 EUR (net)

The expected eligible costs for miehlen are as follows:

Cost group 300 building — building construction EUR 1 888 504 (net)

Cost group 400 building v Technical plants 504 346 EUR (net)

With regard to the description of services, the client is based on the HOAI. The contract regulates the details.
