Utlendingsdirektoratet (UDI), Utlendingsnemnda (UNE), Integrerings — og mangfoldsdirektoratet (Imdi) and Justis — Og beredskapsdepartementet shall enter into a joint framework agreement for the procurement of security courses, as well as consultancy services for security and crisis stand-by if needed. In this contract, the Contracting Authority is to be understood as Utlendingsdirektoratet (UDI), Utlendingsnemnda (UNE), Integrerings — Og mangfoldsdirektoratet (Imdi) and Justisdepartementet (hereafter jointly called the Contracting Authority).
UDI will administer and follow-up the framework agreement on behalf of the other Contracting Authorities.
A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer for the provision of security courses and consultancy services for security and crisis stand-by if needed.
The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years with an option for extension of the contract for a further 1 year + 1 year on verbatim terms. The maximum contract period is 4 years.

— 'Basic security course',
— 'Intensive first help course',
— 'Extended security course and in-depth course',
— 'Training in crisis stand-by',
— 'Repetition course'.
